Here at The Park Hall Hotel, we are seeking a courteous and hard working individuals to join our busy Front of house department. This role will include the following but is by no means a complete description of tasks which will be dependent on the business. As Receptionist you will assist the Head Receptionist and Reception Supervisor in leading the front of house operation. As part of the team, you will be passionate about hospitality and relish in welcoming business guests and leisure guests alike.

Working in a busy and diverse role, you should be able to manage multiple tasks whilst delivering a great experience for our guests.

Overview of the role:

- Greet all guests including checking in and out of guests
- Answer all outside and internal telephone calls
- Make bedroom reservations
- Dealing with guest queries, complaints and enquiries
- Posting, balancing and banking all monies taken
- Take event enquiries and bookings in the absence of the sales team
- Completion of daily tasks as designated per shift Applicants must be:

- Articulate and communicative - Good interpersonal skills
- Be an excellent team player whilst also being able to work well on their own
- Extremely organised and be able to multitask
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills and excellent telephone manor
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast paced environment

Hours: is shift work and includes working weekends: the early shift starts and 7.00am and the late shift finishes at 11pm.
