Our firm is hiring an Account Administrator to assist our team with data management and account activities. It is the responsibility of the Account Administrator to oversee the accuracy and quality of data while working under company guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities will include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments and maintaining records of orders, invoices and receipts on both purchase and sales sides. To be successful in this role you should have a solid finance or accounting background and be familiar with digital accounts software preferably Sage.

Job Qualifications:

- Ideally suited to someone educated to at least A-level standard
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English A-C
- At least two years’ experience working in a busy accounts office environment
- Payroll experience desirable but not essential
- Good computer skills essential and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience of operating computerised accounts software essential, preferably Sage
- Hardworking and reliable with good initiative, able to work on their own and as part of a team

Conditions and pay:

- Mon - Fri 40 hours per week
- Office based near Ashbourne (DE6 1JL)
- Own travel essential
- Competitive salary
