**ICT Digital and infrastructure Officer**:

- The Role:
You will work within a small team responsible for the Council’s data centre, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure technology are running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to move to third line support and who can demonstrate the use of technical skills and resources to deliver ICT solutions and services, along with excellent communication skills and proven experience of creatingand maintaining customer relationships.

**ICT Digital and infrastructure Officer**- You:

- You must be able to demonstrate the ability to design and implement new technologies, and to succeed in this role you will need an excellent technical understanding of modern ICT environments as you will be working with technologies including Storage devices,virtualisation, firewall and networking
- You will be educated to degree level, though other relevant qualifications plus experience would be acceptable for example MCSE or CCNA
- To be Success in this role you must understand ITIL Framework and be able to follow Prince 2 Project Management workflow. Be versed in producing topology diagrams, handover documentation and Knowledge base articles for colleagues to use
- Above all, you will have a positive, customer focused, can-do attitude that complements our corporate values and the technical skills needed to excel in this role
