Overview:
Aerospace Quality Inspector required near Burnley, Lancashire. To assist with the elimination of inspection backlog

**Job Role**

The quality inspector shall perform visual and dimensional inspections on various manufactured parts, assemblies, and / or sub-assemblies.
- Parts will be inspected to engineering drawings, customer purchase order(s), industry standards, and specifications.
- The inspector will be required to report inspection accept / reject information directly to the customer.
- Manually inspect products with handheld measurement tools such as Verniers, Height Gauges and Shadowgraphs.
- Batch & First Off Inspection, Using First Principal Techniques where necessary.
- Help manage and raise NCRs.
- Understanding and interpretation of CMM Inspection Reports.
- Assist with 8D investigations, 5s activities and delivering continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to read / interpret engineering drawings and Purchase Orders (POs).
