We are looking for an enthusiastic**Support Consultant**to join our team based in **London**.**You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **up to £35,000 per annum. **We have adopted a hybrid working model, and we expect staff to be in our City of London office 2-3 days per week.

**About the**role**:
As a **Support Consultant**, you will provide support to clients’ by answering questions on the function and usage of Aderant products. We will provide training to give you a thorough knowledge of our products and how they are used.

This key position serves as the primary support liaison between the company and our clients and will help with future product development by conveying Client feedback to the Product Development team.

**Responsibilities of our Support Consultant**:

- Supporting EMEA clients by answering questions on business function and usage of our**products, troubleshooting across a wide suite of Products- Researching and analysing issues and identifying solutions- Keeping the client informed of progress and how/when issues are resolved- Possessing thorough knowledge of the company’s products and how they are used by client- Involved in any additional follow-up, testing and troubleshooting- Responsible for appropriate referrals to other departments and quality assurance areas- Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users- Creating Knowledge Articles
