Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Barista/Server to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic cafe setting.

**Duties**:

- Make coffee and other hot and cold drinks quickly and efficiently (Latte art is a bonus)
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food items
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
