Property Consultant

This is a very busy and demanding role. Your role will be to support the both the sales and lettings teams in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Training will be provided on all aspects of the role. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to enter the property industry.

Key Activities:

- To generate and book valuations
- Generate new business in a target driven environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication with clients
- Undertake viewings and manage enquiries and feedback
- Meticulous attention to paperwork
- Refer clients to additional services we offer
- Produce property sales particulars
- Support the lettings team with the management of properties
- Support the sales process from viewing to completion of a property sale

A background in the property industry / customer service / sales and working to meet targets an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with energy and the ability to maximise on opportunities. You would need to be a team player, possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and work calmly under pressure.

We are open Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm and Saturday morning on a rotation basis. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this post.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
