Day Concierge

**Position**: Day Concierge
**Location**: Regents Park
**Salary**: £28,000
**Hours/Days**: 4 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours per shift, 1 week earlies (7am - 3pm) 1 week lates (1pm - 9pm)

Thomas Webb are currently recruiting for a Concierge to work at a high end residential development in a fantastic location, overlooking Regents Park.

**The development**:
The concierge service is provided to circa 60 private leasehold apartments that form part of a larger development of 150 units in total. The development receives a concierge service 7am - 9pm 7 days per week.

All applicants for this concierge role must meet the following criteria;
- Have a minimum of 2 years current experience in a, front of house, hospitality or residential concierge environment
- Have a high level of IT Competence, using Microsoft office packages and CRM/maintenance management systems
- Have exceptional personal presentation
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have excellent english language skills, being articulate and well spoken
- Be chatty, personable, approachable and friendly with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with residents

**Duties**:
The concierge shall be responsible for;
- Manning the reception / concierge desk
- Meeting and greeting residents face to face in an enthusiastic, polite and courteous manner
- Answering the main reception phone
- Handling residents queries and complaints and providing 5 star customer service
- Resolving residents issues and concerns and providing reassurance
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the managing agent, ensuring that they are made aware of any significant ongoings, problems and issues
- Reporting any maintenance, security or health and safety issues that arise
- Reporting any breaches of lease covenants
- Liaising with and coordinating contractors
- Issuing keys to residents and contractors
- Signed for packages and deliveries on behalf of residents

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
