**Job Purpose**:
Reporting into the People Administration Lead, the People Administrator will play a supportive role in ensuring operational support to the People team function, through supporting all manners of people administration and recruitment tasks on a company-wide basis and requests relating to general queries, processes, polices and systems. Covering starters, leavers, movers, payroll changes and benefits, as well as assisting with the maintenance of our HR Management System (HRMS).

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**
- Internal and external job advertisements.
- Monitoring internal referrals.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies as applicable.
- Scheduling interviews and supporting line managers.
- Attend interviews as requested.
- Assisting with reference checking.
- Maintain job description library and skills matrixes.
- Scheduling and administration of induction programmes.
- Right to work checks for all new starters.

**General**
- iHasco training portal administration.
- Ad hoc system reporting.
- Other ad hoc training administration.
- Processing starters, leavers, and onboarding requests.
- Assist with data required to process scheme renewals.
- Maintenance of personnel files, to include scanning, filling, archiving, and shredding.
- Act as the first point of contact for all general HR queries.
- Assist in the management of the Careers Mailbox.
- Assisting with 6-monthly personnel file audits.
- Other ad hoc administration as required.

**Competency: Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications**:
- Education level: 5 GCSEs or similar to include Maths and English.
- Proven track record within an administration role dealing with internal clients on a daily basis.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Must be well organized and able to prioritise and manage multiple requests and activities concurrently.
- Process driven with attention to details.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to take ownership of an issue and see things through to the end.
- PC literate, especially Microsoft Office suite.

**Working Environment**:
