Mobile/onsite Hgv Mechanic

**We are looking to nurture and retain a talented individual to work alongside our existing team of two mechanics, welder and yard operatives.**

**Mobile/Onsite HGV Mechanic - Van and Fuel provided**

A well-established family Waste Management Company is actively seeing to employ an experienced and qualified Mobile HGV Mechanic primarily based in Neilston mobile workshop provided to assist with breakdowns and repairs, a varied fleet of Skip, Roro, Tipper, Artic, Walking Floor, Trade waste and Tankers.

**Mobile/Onsite HGV Mechanic**
- The successful Mobile/Onsite Mechanic will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle preventative maintenance mainly defect control, as most inspections and services are carried out by our dealer partners.
- Duties range from correction of running defects to full vehicle overhauls, diagnostics and roadside breakdown.
- Chargeable defects resulting from dealer inspections.
- Controlling the workload, allocating jobs, holiday cover for electronic defect system.

**Mobile/Onsite HGV Mechanic**
- You must have detailed experience as an HGV Mechanic and be familiar with modern commercial vehicles.
