The Data Analyst lead will work as part of the Production team, leading the Analysis, Rules and Transformation (ART) activities through various phases of the migration of Local Authorities' data on the Local Land Charges (LLC) programme which our clientis undertaking on behalf of a customer.

The Data Analyst lead will set the standards for Data Analysis on the programme, as well as leading on the ART activities and supervise a small team of analysts

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Local Land Charges programme by leading ART activities across the various stages and lifecycle of the programme.
- Become a data expert to provide assurance on data quality and accuracy.
- Lead a team of data analysts, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and holding them accountable for those tasks.
- Provide reporting updates to management, track tasks and make estimates to allow for effective planning and risk identification/mitigation.
- Support the programme from a technical perspective, identifying automation opportunities and process improvements within the ART service and beyond.
- Drive ART activities, contribute to migration delivery plans, identify required actions for specific Local Authority idiosyncrasies, effort estimation, and monitor progress.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing data observes the client's quality standards, specifications and agreed rules.
- Detect problems, collate issues for resolution, and identify trends or risks.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all client documentation and data.
- Any other existing or new tasks needed to meet the team’s responsibilities and objectives that are required to fulfil the role as and when required.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working on data migrations or transformation programmes in a technical capacity.
- Comfortable working with data using a variety of tools including Excel, ArcGIS Pro, FME and using SQL to interact with databases
- Ability to drive out automatable and repeatable tasks
- Supervising junior staff members or leading a small team.
- Experience working with Local Land Charges and/or Local Authority planning-related systems and data is highly advantageous.
