**+ About the role**

Hickton Quality Control is the UK’s largest provider of Clerk of Works services. Based within our Head Office in South Yorkshire, we require an organised individual to join the Resource team to assist with the smooth running of our onsite operations.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for the site inspectors, and responsible for ensuring clients receive inspection reports that are in-line with our quality standards and received with-in a timely manner.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and this role is key to this, enabling the successful applicant to be involved with a variety of on-site projects and be part of a welcoming and professional team.

**+ Roles and responsibilities**
- Monitor Reports Received Schedule and chase up any non-submissions.
- Audit Clerk of Works reports in line with QA.
- Support organisation of holiday cover for site staff and end of defects inspections.
- Communicate with clients and Clerk of Works throughout projects.
- Archive projects and request relevant information.
- Arrange meetings as required.
- Contact clients to see if extra visits are required when a project is approaching completion.
- Request testimonials/customer feedback.
- Update monthly KPI’s.
- Create and post out ID badges to the Clerk of Works.
- Order and post PPE as required.
- Provide administration assistance to the Resource Team.
