**Audio Typist**

We are looking to recruit a Filing Clerk.

**Role Description and Key responsibilities**
- To type quickly and accurately from an audio source, using medical terminology
- To pay attention to detail and work methodically
- To be able to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
- To raise the profile of Kingsbury Pagination at all opportunities
- Any other appropriate and reasonable tasks in relation to the employment as agreed with your line manager
- This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to amend this as per the needs of the service/organisation

**We are looking for**:

- Experience of working in a busy office preferably in the legal or medical sector, but this is not essential.
- Educated to GCSE level, with a minimum of 6 GCSE passes at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and database management
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills, organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and ability to learn
- Must be a good communicator and who works well as part of a team

**Terms and Conditions**
- Job hours: 37.5 hours over a 5-day week. The usual working hours would be 9:00 -16:30
- Part Time may be considered
- Available for ASAP start
- Salary - 18,525 per annum
