How would you like to join Arm at a time of a profound change within our industry? We have an excellent opportunity to join the Arm as a Senior Analyst in our People Analytics team in one of our offices either in Cambridge or Budapest

We are looking for a dedicated individual who will play an instrumental role in pivoting our current data landscape to a scalable solution over the next year. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure that our headcount, attrition,hiring information is accurate, timely, validated, and well-understood. Ultimately through our work, we answer pertinent business questions & help Arm's senior leaders take the right decisions

People Analytics is part of Arm's People group. Our team partners with Finance, Procurement and Engineering as well as teams across People teams (Reward, Talent Acquisition, People Enablement, Diversity & Equity and Inclusion, Talent Development) to developmodels, perform scenario analysis, and maintain people plans. We also ensure that there is consistency around People data and its use, as well as regularly report on Objectives and Key Results.

**Responsibilities**:

- perform weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on OKRs, key performance metrics and indicators to a wide range of business audience
- develop dashboards and automation for the above reporting using Tableau/PowerBI, SQL, SAP Hana
- Conduct analysis headcount shape and form, workplace data to support hybrid/ remote working, DEI analytics, reward analytics,
- support IPO journey with reports and contribute to SoX compliant reporting,
- Work with IT and cross functional project team on data clean ups and contribute to scoping, testing and validating future roadmap and tools,
- testing IT built reports and solutions,
- Assist in the development of analytical frameworks, models, and use-case testing to improve our revenue data.

**You will also need**:

- An active curiosity about technology, and a willingness to learn about Arm’s products and how our partners use them.
- The skills to analyse data, identify improvement areas and utilise the data to produce business cases to prioritise improvement initiatives
- The ability to build data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule, multi-task, work well within a highly engaged and proactive team, and with other groups around Arm.
- Excellent numerical, statistical, and analytical skills
- Experience of SQL
- Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI
- Experience using data warehouse tools - Microsoft Data lake or SAP Hana
- Fluent in English
