Join us as an **Accommodation Delivery Lead** and you’ll join a dynamic team on one of the most exciting and challenging projects within EDF, as we continue to lead the rebirth of nuclear in the UK.

**Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting an Accommodation Delivery Lead, who will report directly to the Site Operations Facilities Management Service and Area Manager and is responsible for the delivery and implementation of the campus services, contract, and accommodation information service for the local area.

You will be ensuring the efficient delivery of a singular but substantial support service in accordance with all safety, quality time and cost parameters to meet the needs of the HPC construction project. The Accommodation Delivery Lead will provide technical input and advice for their scope of work - and may be involved in all stages of the strategy, procurement, planning, implementation, contract management and operation of their key service and contract area.

As the Accommodation Delivery Lead you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and amending policies and procedures that underpin strategy and delivery within their work area, and may also be called upon to help prepare detailed specifications, in support of the in-contract procurement process.

There will be line management responsibilities for the Accommodation Officer, a role which helps HPC meet the requirements of the Development Consent Order (DCO), by providing a signposting service for both private landlords and businesses looking to supply accommodation and to HPC workforce.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage day to day provision of a critical site support campus service to guests staying as part of the

construction workforce of circa 11,000 requiring overnight accommodation.
- Be accountable for ensuring all statutory, regulatory and site controls are complied with.
- Form effective relationships with your service contract partner and champion; clarity, respect, positivity,

humility and integrity.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds the expectations and

project work schedule.
- Define the work scope to be delivered within the campus contract or package of work and the

interfaces with all other elements of the project.
- Anticipate and resolve any issues arising with the campus contract for package of works and services,

identifying risks and facilitating their resolution or escalate to service manager.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports for each work stream including safety performance,

performance against SLAs, performance against KPIs, financial reporting, project forecasting and

forward planning.
- Address campus technical and service delivery concerns and develop solutions for approval.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of campus services and play a key role in managing the process to include:

- safety management
- quality management
- good neighbour management
- environmental management
- risk mitigation

**Who you are**
- Experience of working with and developing budgets.
- Management [or leadership] experience in a service lead environment.
- Must be confident in own abilities and be able to deliver in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn from both successes and failures.
- Proven experience within a large accommodation environment with catering and bars
- Excellent communication skills and able to strike up effective working relationships.
- Must be willing to work with our local supply chain partners in a cooperative way.
- Must be able to travel to all of the accommodation sites, via own transport.

Your background may include some of the following:

- Recognised and certificated ‘Behavioural Safety Programme’.
- Recent IOSH accreditation [or equivalent].
- Hospitality and catering qualifications
