We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join us at our 50-bedroom hotel based in Reigate, Surrey.

**As our Receptionist, you will**:

- Represent the hotel to our guests throughout all stages of the guests stay ensuring great customer service delivery during all interactions.
- Help guests on arrival and aims to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Manage guest check ins and check outs.
- Manage incoming telephone calls with bookings & enquiries.
- Receive & confirm hotel reservations.
- Balance cash and credit card payments taken throughout the hotel.

**About you**:

- Be reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Enjoy working and dealing with the public and being part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous Reception experience is desirable.
- Be confident communicating in person and on the telephone.
- Have excellent Customer Service skills.
