At RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire, Serco has been providing multi-activity and engineering support since 1997. Serco proudly support the RAF and MoD, supplying around 20 different services onsite, from engine and aircraft maintenance, to fuelling and ground control services.

**Main Accountabilities**:
Deliver specialist training in line with the contractual obligations.
Planning, preparing and delivering group learning.
Deliver initial, continuation and familiarisation training across required vehicles and equipment.
Undertake contract driving task when not delivering training.
Maintain exceptional levels of safety and quality, ensuring a “Zero Harm” culture with open honest reporting of Near Misses and safety related occurrences.

You will be the face of the Serco’s transport training team at RAF Brize Norton, representing the business in a positive way and interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.

**What you’ll need to do the role**:
Full Driving Licence Cat B & C
Must be competent in the use of the Microsoft Office package and possess a high standard of oral communication skills.
Hold a colour perception category of the required standard to enable the issue of an Airfield Driving Permit (colour blind test available through an optician).
