The Role: Proposition Consultant - 12 Month FTC/ Secondment

M&G Wealth Adive is transforming every aspect of the proposition as we look to grow both in numbers of advisers and to build digital capabilities to enhance the service and provide more clients with the reassurance and protection of a personal recommendation.

You are likely to have had experience in managing and maintaining policy and standards relating to specialist areas: activities may include writing policy, interpreting legislation, revising guidelines, updating guidance material and designing, testing and communicating systems changes

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- To work collaboratively across M&G Wealth and Proposition directly supporting the Proposition Managers.
- To be able to interpret legislation and form clear guidance
- Being able to simplify existing guidelines or processes

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience of regulated and direct to consumer distribution
- Experience of supporting advice and distribution proposition management
- Experience of process and procedure development Knowledge
- Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
- Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors
- Understanding of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice
- Specialist knowledge of either Pensions & At-Retirement or Investments, Protections, Trusts & IHT
- Relevant professional qualification would be an advantage (Diploma Qualified)
