Sales Consultant

An excellent opportunity to join this growing and forward-thinking estate agent, which is well-established in Crook and the surrounding areas with five offices.

Previous sales agency experience s advantageous but not essential. What is more important for us is someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard.

Essential skills for this role are:

- Superb administrative skills.
- Excellent and professional telephone manner with an eagerness to answer high call volumes.
- Multi-tasking.
- Good sense of humour.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Good computer skills, as the job is largely based around IT systems.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- A calm nature when working under pressure.
- A good team player.

You main responsibilities will be:

- Taking ownership of our applicant database. Getting to know applicants looking for properties and ensuring we match them to suitable properties.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with clients in the office.
- Calling applicants for feedback following viewings.
- Maintaining communication with homeowners to provide regular updates on the marketing of their properties.
- Booking viewings and valuations in.

Main working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm but you will also be expected to work alternate Saturdays 9.00am-1.00pm as and when needed (a half a day off during the week will be provided when working Saturdays).
