We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team and business.

You’ll be responsible for matching tenants and buyers to suitable homes and conducting viewings on a wide range of properties, from studio apartments to stunning family home.

You’ll need an excellent telephone manner and exemplary customer service skills as you deal with clients phoning and visiting the office for advice.

Superb organisational skills and a good attention to detail are an essential part of the role as you’ll need to manage a busy diary and prepare properties to be listed on the market.

Previous experience in the property industry is essential.

You must hold a full UK driving licence.

This is a permanent position available on a full time basis.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
