We are seeking a confident and friendly new member of staff to join our team at Pitchers Bar & Nightclub. As a cloakroom attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. **Duties**:

- Handling customers jackets & belongings
- Handling a card machine and taking payments for our cloakroom
- Ensure the cloakroom & surrounding area is clean and organized
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash & card transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Experience not essential as full training will be provided
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Excellent social skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic maths skills for handling cash & card transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hours are late start & finish times so would be more suited to someone local or who drives

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Basic maths: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
