We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated ALS Officer to join the East Durham College Team on a full time basis.

**Main Duties of the Role**:
**Essential Requirement**:

- Level 2 in English and Maths.
- NVQ Level 2 Admin, similar or be willing to work towards.
- Experience of working within an educational environment.
- Experience of data inputting.
- Experience of using management information systems.
- Knowledge of the ALS service and associated funding.
- Knowledge of EHC plans and review process.
- Knowledge of what constitutes effective support and learning.
- High standard of IT literacy and competence including Word & Excel.
- Ability to build relationships with staff, learners, employers, parents and carers and other key stakeholders.
