**Whether you’re already a teacher or looking to make your start in education, we’re looking for somebody excited about digital technology to bring our curriculum to life and provide an engaging IT learning experience**

You’ll need to be able to deliver content to learners at different levels ranging from 16-18 as well as adults, provide pastoral support, and be enthusiastic about helping us design & deliver the exciting new T-level qualifications.

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Teaching IT courses at all levels to a wide range of learners
- Working to develop the new T-level qualifications in IT-related fields
- Networking with external partners to ensure our courses stay relevant to industry
- Championing our commitment to putting students first
- Promoting our values of fairness, respect & equality

**After your first year with us, success would look like**:

- All students achieved or exceeded their target grade through exciting and dynamic teaching, learning and assessment
- Have built student skills to a high level in preparation for progression to Higher Education or Industry
- Enthusiastically engaged with our dedicated continuous professional development programme to expand your education skills and further your FE career

**We’re open-minded & welcome all applicants who believe they can succeed. Though ideally, you will**:

- Hold a relevant high-level IT qualification and have experience/knowledge of Programming, Networking or Database Quality Assurance Standards
- Have a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards within 12 months of starting (college funded)
- Be passionate about working with learners and shaping the future of the sector
