**Mon-Fri 5pm-1am**

**Salary: £22,672.00p/a**

**Training will be in the office for a min of 3 weeks Mon-Fri 08:30am-5:00pm. Once fully trained, remote working may be considered, HOWEVER, access to Leicester Head Office is essential for training and ad-hoc meetings.**

**Duties**:

- Taking inbound calls within a fast paced environment in a professional manner
- Data inputting customer information onto systems
- Allocating engineers within the UK
- Ability to meet KPIs/targets

**Please note you must have experience working in a call centre.**
