Archer Resourcing have a great opportunity for a MASH Social Worker to join the dedicated team in Slough.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing and interests of children/young person at all times
- Managing an independent workload, ensuring legislative requirements are met to a high standard
- Thoroughly assess, analyse, plan, and implement suitable interventions for complex cases
- Produce concise, well-structured assessments, plans and reports
- Maintain accurate, up to date, evidence-based records safely and confidentially
- Developing effective relationships through meaningful and purposeful direct work
- Being responsible for own professional development
- Identifying resources where required and available to promote individuals’ wellbeing

**Requirements**:

- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Social Work England registered
- Experience of working as a Social Worker, working with children and families
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a range of audiences
- Enhanced DBS - on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
- Ability to gather and assess information to inform judgement in complex situations and in response to challenge, clearly reporting and recording analysis
