We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a **Room Attendant / General Assistant**

As a Room Attendant you will be expected to ensure the hotel bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and checked to the highest standards at all times, reporting any maintenance problems.

**Key Requirements of the role**:

- All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
- Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
- Be able to deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
- Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.

Hotels in the Lake District are always sought after as it’s a popular holiday destination. If you’re looking for Lake Windermere hotels that are ideal venues for weddings and other functions, the Windermere Hotel is one of the best choices around. The grand, English heritage-listed Windermere Hotel dates back to 1847 and is perfectly located on the edge of the village in an elevated position a few hundred metres back from the Lake. The Windermere Hotel has 75 rooms including standard single, twin, double, and family rooms. If you’re looking for something special then ask about rooms with scenic views. The rooms are luxuriously appointed and well equipped to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
The Orrest Head Lodge is part of the hotel and offers a range of modern dishes including pasta and pizza at good prices. Relax with a good meal and perhaps a drink in the evening while you take in the wonderful view across the lake.

As one of the pet friendly hotels in Windermere, dogs are also welcome in selected rooms, so feel free to bring your four-legged friend if you want to take them on adventures around the lake.
