We are supporting a "Good" School based in Caterham with their search for caring SEN Support workers to join their team as SEN Teaching Assistants.

The team helps students who have difficulties with cognition and learning, communication and interaction difficulties, social, emotional and behaviour difficulties and those with physical and sensory difficulties.

This role is a full-time role working 8:30 till 4:00 - this is to ensure all children and supported while on school campus, you will be expected to liaise with parents and other teachers in order to ensure a high standard of lesson and education for allchildren.

- Understanding of SEN and Challenging Behaviours
- Be fit and able as some children are more active than others
- Be willing and able to assist whenever and wherever you can
- Flexibility is key
- A good standard of English and Maths

You will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, and caring to succeed in this role. You will be expected to be conscientious and get involved with all aspects of the schoolwork, this is a must You will be a vital cog on how the school works and operates, youwill need to be punctual and confident in order to hold the room as well assist all students that may need it.
