Packer

**The purpose of the role is to**:

- Take responsibility for quality checking and packing product from end of line to the required standards with mínimal supervision during night-time hours.
- Frequently being the only person on the shift doing this job so a high level of accountability and responsibility is expected
- Resolving or escalating Quality issues without delay
- Complying with all legislative and site Environmental, Health & Safety requirements
- Carry out all administration related tasks without error.
- Comply with all company training, policies and procedures and reasonable instructions.
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with site rules, EHS legislation, and GMP

**Essential skills**:

- Ability to work in a small team with minimum supervision
- Ability to speak, read and complete documentation
- Ability to follow instructions without deviation or error
- Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and procedures.

**Essential experience**:

- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Priority will be given to individuals with experience of working in a similar role in a pharmaceutical / medical devices / clean room environment

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Literacy and numeracy to Level 2 standard or similar

**Salary**: £30,003.75 per year
