Cambridge, United Kingdom Cambridge Intelligence Full time

Are you an SEO pro, ready to take the lead on your own strategy?

As our website and SEO specialist, you’ll identify and implement tactics and strategies that keep us riding high in the SERPs and convert as many website visitors to sales-ready leads as possible.

**What’s involved?**

You’ll be our in-house expert on everything SEO, from audits and experiments to topic cluster management and best practices.

We’ll also look to you to manage other elements of our digital marketing activity, including CMS management (WordPress and HubSpot) and running AB tests to improve our PPC and lead nurturing campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Strategy Lead and the Content Marketing team to ensure we always deliver fully optimized content.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for someone with a solid base in digital and search engine marketing - ideally 4+ years. You might be in a larger team, looking to take on greater responsibility and ownership. Or you could be an SEO manager at an agency but want to move client-side.

You’ll be the first person at Cambridge Intelligence to own our SEO strategy outright. While we have a strong basis for you to build on, you’ll have the chance to shape how we think about SEO and truly make a difference to our results.

**You might have experience of**
- Hands-on, operational experience of SEO strategy implementation, including
- opportunity research
- content creation and optimization
- link building
- technical website auditing
- website analytics
- Experience with essential SEO tools, including:

- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Wincher, or similar
- Experience with website Content Management Systems, ideally WordPress
- Hands-on experience of PPC platforms, including
- Google Adwords
- Microsoft Ads
- LinkedIn Ads

**Who you’ll work with**

We’re a small but growing marketing team, made up of digital and content experts. While you’ll report directly to the Content Strategist & Team lead, you’ll also work closely with our Digital Strategy Lead and Marketing Director to ensure your plans align with our wider plans and goals.

**Opportunities to grow**

This role is dedicated to SEO, website management and PPC, but there are opportunities to reach into other areas of marketing that interest you. Want to get more hands-on with marketing automation? Outbound marketing? Events? Partnerships? Just let us know - we’re always keen to encourage professional growth and expertise.

Everyone here also gets funded professional development time, with up to five days each year allocated to learning - whether that’s new technical skills, marketing best practices, or anything else you’d like to improve.

**Three reasons to join us**
- Fantastic product, brilliant people - we work in a growing market, selling leading products, built by brilliantly clever (and friendly) people. That makes our lives a lot easier.
- Build up your technical skills - between the tooling we already have, and the new tools you’ll implement, you’ll have the perfect chance to develop as a technical marketer.
- Get stuck into strategy - this role includes a lot of tactics, but our complex value proposition will bring out your strategic side too.

**No agencies approaches please, we are only hiring directly.**

**You must also have the right to work in the UK indefinitely.**

**Benefits**
