As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be responsible for providing services to clients during their treatment days and assisting the Clinical Director with any administrative needs. You will play a direct role in the comfort, safety, and well-being of your patients each day by providing and assisting with:

- Scheduling client appointments
- Documenting information via our medical system
- Honing in on details to ensure a perfect experience for each patient
- Giving out referrals to other services as needed
- Coordinating with customer service departments to ensure all aspects of customer service are met day-to-day.
- Maintaining customer records and filing paperwork as needed.

**Requirements**:
**High School Diploma or equivalent required.**
- Experience in medical or dental field preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
