**Your Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Handle and direct phone calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Perform general administrative duties with precision and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- While experience as a receptionist is preferred, we are open to enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
