Principal Economic Regeneration Officer

Reporting to the Economic Development & Regeneration Manager the role will require you to lead on economic regeneration and town centre management deliver key priorities for the Council in terms of economic, environmental and social regeneration benefits and to take a lead role in preparing, developing and the implementation of economic regeneration and town centre management projects, strategies and programmes.

You will be expected to deliver the Council Priorities relating to economic, environmental and social regeneration benefits and to lead on Town Centre Management including Council car parks and borough markets.

Most importantly you will be a true collaborator with strong leadership qualities, bringing technical skill with strategic thinking to deliver impactful change to West Lancashire.
