**About The Role**:
Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit a full-time
**Caretaker** to support our Penryn and Falmouth Campuses. You will be primarily based at Penryn campus to provide a high-quality caretaking service. The caretaking department is responsible for a variety of duties to ensure that the campus buildings and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard. These duties include waste and recycling management, porterage duties and daily cleaning tasks.

The successful applicants will ensure that the allocated duties are completed within deadlines and to an expected standard in line with service and Health and Safety requirements. It is a varied role across both campuses and represents a great opportunity to join a close-knit team.

**About You**:

- Working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and regulations e.g. COSHH
- Demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving
- Ability to prioritise work towards deadline
- Work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence as the postholder will be required to drive the company vehicle to fulfil the duties of this role

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, to occasionally include some weekend working.
