Fleet Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for **Fleet Team Leader **to join our growing **Fleet Team **here at Holman UK. The role will be based out of our HQ in **Chippenham **and we work a hybrid model of **Tues-Thurs** in the office and working from home on a **Monday** and **Friday**, so please bear this in mind when applying. This is a **permanent** opportunity and we are looking to pay between **£30,000 - £40,000** depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:
You’ll manage the team responsible for Fleet Administration covering (but not limited to):

- Road Fund Renewals,
- Tolls
- MID,
- P11d
- Fuel Cards,
- Parking apps,
- Permits,
- V5c Management
- and Fines
- Conduct team calls, meetings, 1 2 1s and performance reviews
- Fielding questions/queries from the team
- Coordinating cross training across team to address holiday cover etc.
- Management of the monthly road fund license renewal process
- HPI React alert management - addressing issues directly or logging them within Workfront for investigation and resolution
- Administration of Fines & Taxation task/activities (approving rolled on dates)
- Coordination of the insurance policy management process - including escalations
- Management of large bulk V5C transitions - to our fleet code(s) or off our fleet code(s)
- Coordination of audits of Fleet codes as required.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

**We’re looking for a strong Team Leader, who has people management skills and is used to monitoring KPI’s. Ideally you’ll come from a Fleet Management or Automotive Background, as you’ll need to understand Fines, Taxes, V5’s etc thus making this a crucial element.**
