Breakfast Cook

Holiday Inn Express Fleet is a newly built Gen4 spec IHG standard due to open this Autumn. We are now looking for Breakfast Cook to join us in this amazing journey. You will assist on day to day operation by helping us to deliver the possible best breakfast experience for our guests. You will make sure that the breakfast area are always kept nice and tidy and present breakfast as per IHG standard.

Breakfast Cook Job Duties:

- Ensure breakfast is ready on time for the guests.
- Deep Cleaning of Kitchen on rotational basis.
- Kitchen in kept clean and tidy on everyday use.
- Stock control.
- Record keeping such as temperature control and date recording (stock rotation).
- Assist with the delivery of food items.
- Efficiently liaising with other team members to create unique breakfast experiences.
- Replenish breakfast items on timely manner.
- HACCP must be followed as per company standard.
- Adhering to strict Health and Safety requirements.
- Assist other departments such as F & B.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all other department.
- Perform any duties asked by senior management.

Breakfast Cook Skills and Requirements:

- Good working knowledge of H & S best practices.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in cook or similar position.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good understanding of food allergies.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Pay: £9.80-£10.00 per hour
