Recruitment Manager - Commercial Tech Division

Birmingham

TEC Partners are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our brand new Birmingham office to help establish and build the Commercial Tech Division. Formed in 2015 and with not just one but three offices in the UK, TEC Partners is a rapidly expandingspecialist Recruitment Consultancy that covers the Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences & Gaming sectors across the UK, Europe & America. We have multiple opportunities for people to join and to help us deliver into our ever-growing client base.

The duties of the role:

- Build and manage your own part of the Commercial Tech team
- Supervise the performance of the team
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Actively promote TEC Partners as a business in order to win new business and win new jobs for you and your colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Contacts in order to build great relationships
- Work closely with your manager and teammates to unite and provide the best resource for Commercial Tech clients to work with

Key Skills & Experience for this position:

- 3+ years recruitment experience
- Proven experience of business development and building new markets
- Capable of building great rapport with great credibility
- We are looking for ambitious, goal-oriented, resilient individuals who thrive in a competitive environment which is challenging yet rewarding. With the ability to hit the ground running.
- Be willing to learn and invest in the Commercial Tech division
- Ability to build productive working relationships and influence high-level clients
- Has precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline
- Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload
