Do you enjoy working with global fast-food brands to ensure they are operating to the highest quality? If so you may want to become a **QSR/Retail Auditor** and join us on a zero hours basis, to cover **Northern Ireland area.**

**Intertek SAI Global Assurance**, provides Assurance services, and has a particularly strong position in the Food, Agriculture and QSR end-markets, as well as a good presence in environmental & sustainability audits.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Required skills/experience**:

- **Full Driving UK Licence and own car is essential**:

- 2 years of experience of working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment
- or 2 years of experience conducting audits
- Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
- Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent

**Beneficial skills and experience**
- Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
- Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a **QRS/Retail Auditor **you will be travelling to clients’ sites in to conduct the audits for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a **zero-hours contract**.

As an Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing some of the most well-known names on the UK high street against the appropriate food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards.

**Additionally, due to the nature of the role (which will be on a flexible contract), access to own transport is essential and the role will involve both weekend and evening work.**

**Zero hours contract, flexible working hours. Northern Ireland area.**
