**Service Delivery Co-ordinator, Watford**
ESP Global Services are currently recruiting a Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our team based at one of our valued customer sites in Watford for an initial 9 month fixed term contract.

ESP Global Services are a managed service provider for IT support and infrastructure solutions where we support clients, worldwide, 24/7. You will work closely with the allocated account Service Delivery Manager, to support and assist them in managing the operational delivery to our customer.

We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

**A snapshot of what you will be doing**:

- Ensure asset management, customer reports and technical analysis are completed correctly by the Service Desk, the Engineers and Partners and assist in the quick resolution of all open tickets.
- Work closely with the assigned SDM to ensure that all revenue is maximised, and costs minimised
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ESP Service Delivery Manager
- Ensure that any chases or follow-ups are updated and added to the relevant systems
- Review account specific statistics to identify and drive service improvements and quality
- Design and complete internal and customer reports
- Attend Service Reviews for both Customer and Internal business stakeholders

**What are we looking for?**
- Must have experience of Google Doc, Spreadsheets, MS Excel, ServiceNow ITSM (to investigate an incident and assign to group)
- ITIL Foundation V3 Certification - desirable
- Process driven with the ability to be innovative
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to any new change or situation
- Analytical and methodical in the approach to problem solving
- Able to quickly digest data, analyse issues, devise and execute action plans as appropriate.
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- A ‘can do’ attitude.

**Nice to have**
- Desktop support experience
- Break fix knowledge
- Experience of working in the retail sector.

ESP offers a basic between £42,500 - £45,000 + access to ongoing training and career development.

Working times for this role are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm Monday - Thursday in the office & Friday working from home
