**Key Skills**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Checking Supplier Invoices
- Invoice processing in FRS and on Sage 50 accounts
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Liaise with both colleagues and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Setting up of new supplier accounts
- Cashing up the daily sales
- Accurate reconciliation of finance records
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Accurate record keeping for product warranties
- Monitoring of employee hours
- Completion of weekly payroll using Sage 50
- Payment of international invoices
- Reconciling of postponed VAT statement monthly
- Prepare Management accounts on a monthly basis
- Checking and submitting the VAT return
