We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Underwriter to join our Operations team on a permanent basis.

**The Role**
The role will involve:
- Production of mortgage offers correctly with regard to special conditions and valuation issues.
- Management of your own case load efficiently ensuring that documented procedures are followed.
**About You**
We’d also like to see:
- Hold & maintain CeMAP qualification, through completion of CPD
- Up to date knowledge of the mortgage and overdraft regulatory environment in the UK
- Confident decision-making and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage conflicting and demanding priorities
- Team Player
- Willingness to identify potential procedural and process improvements.
