Based: South-West or Mid to South Wales
Area Covered: UK & Ireland
**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000
Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for a strong Design Manager - Modular Buildings to join the team. What they do is very bespoke and its very much a flexible offering, design and build and they operate in a niche sector. They areoffering an excellent, long-term opportunity for the right person, with a competitive salary and development prospects to work across the UK & Ireland.
The business is very well established and strong within the Health and Education sectors, having a good reputation with Local Authorities, they also support the leisure industry and work with the MOD, so experience of these sectors would be very beneficialbut not essential.
As a Design Manager - Modular Buildings, you will oversee projects ranging between £70,000 and £2,500,000 and you will be responsible for co-ordinating different people within different teams. You will be measured on the successful delivery of the projectsyou work on, your fit within the wider team and the overall business. Early collaboration with their clients is also a key element of the approach.
You will possess a Proven Track Record of Design Management in Modular Buildings or Off-Site Construction or Traditional Build/Main Contracting.
The company require applicants who have the ability to think on their feet and be focused on the goal/objective at hand, are self-sufficient, flexible and have good interpersonal skills. They are looking for someone who can co-ordinate different teams' peopleand different teams, who have strong leadership skills who is very results and goal orientated.
