**Fantastic opportunity for a Contentious Trusts and Probate Associate to join a leading Legal 500, Top Tier department based in Suffolk.**

The Firm

Our client is a Top 50 UK, multi-office, law firm with an exceptional reputation and over 30 L500 recognised departments firm wide.

As a result of significant growth, this highly reputable firm are seeking an experienced Contentious Trusts & Probate Associate to join their market-leading Dispute Resolution team.

The Dispute Resolution team are nationally recognised and is led by over a dozen leading L500 Associates/Partners, with whom the new hire will work alongside.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Associate to work for a specialist team, all of whom are either established members of ACTAPS or studying to become so.

The role will incorporate:

- Handling a mixed caseload of both claimant and defendant matters
- Advising on will validity claims, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, estate administration disputes, PR and/or trustee disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, construction/rectification claims, challenges to giftsmade in lifetime and trust disputes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience commensurate to that of 3 - 5 years' PQE
- Experience in Contentious Trusts & Probate and either Commercial, Corporate or Real Estate Finance
- Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for business development
- If you are a member of ACTAPS or willing to study for the ACTAPS qualification is desirable
