**Parts Sales Advisor**

We expect our **Parts Sales Advisor **to provide advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. An excellent **Parts Sales Advisor **must be energetic with excellent interpersonal skills. As well as be able to acquire knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm. To succeed, interest must be placed in learning and evolving knowledge on car parts.

The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth whilst providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Advisors are expected to;
- Answer all sales calls immediately and close the sale in a timely manner.
- Upsell a sale increasing the value of the sale whenever possible.
- Push themselves to exceed daily targets
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information on various products as well as incorrect cataloguing.
- Focus on reducing the returns.
- Work as a team to exceed daily target.
- Attend all meetings.
- Follow companies’ code of conduct.
- Report to and complete all tasks given by direct line manager.
- Be reliable and supportive to your customers in order to progress and develop sales.

**Work Hours**:
48.25 hours per week (Average)

**Hours**:
**Week 1**:Monday to Friday 8am -5pm and Saturdays from 8am -5pm,

**Week 2**:Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday: OFF

SALARY: £24,000 - £34,000 (BONUS INCLUDED)

Training will take place at our Smethwick branch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
