As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, while supporting the chefs and kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen, washing dishes and utensils, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the storage of supplies, assisting with deliveries, and adhering to food safety regulations. **Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware as needed
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Manage and organize storage areas, including food and equipment
- Assist with receiving and storing of deliveries
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Own transport due to location and evening finishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Physical dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
