As our **EMEA Digital Content Editor**, you will be responsible in helping to support the continuing growth of our organisation.

**Main Duties as our EMEA Digital Content Editor**:

- Collaborating with staff to come up with appealing content.
- Conducting thorough research and interviews with Subject Matter Experts
- Developing EMEA wide Content plan and consider regional variances
- Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums with a distinct HAGS brand voice
- Working with creative team to build marketing projects and campaigns
- Using SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Checking written content for accuracy and cogency, using the relevant software.
- Creating and building website landing pages based around content creation and strategy
- Delegating tasks where required to in-house staff and freelancers.
- Monitoring and supervising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Maintaining quality across web platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Adhering to copyright and privacy standards and company policies
- Determining and tracking important KPIs

**Person Specification**
- Ability to create new engaging ideas that can be shared across the business
- A self-starter able to take the initiative and complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- A quick learner who can digest important information quickly and accurately
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under time and budget considerations with proven ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread marketing communications materials for accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong creative judgment with an eye for effective communication through copy and design
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or Digital Content Editor
- Strong research skills

**Skills & Experience we are looking for in our EMEA Digital Content Editor**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant experience
- Significant marketing experience. B2B marketing would be an advantage.
- Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design packages experience preferable (e.g., InDesign)
- Experience of digital marketing activity such as AdWords, SEO preferable
- Microsoft Office skills (specifically Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Social Media Management Platforms
- Experience with CMS systems
