_**The Role**:_

The _**main purposes**_ of this role are:

- To undertake finance support responsibilities to a high quality.
- To undertake administrative tasks to a high quality.
- Providing day to day support across the business.
- To support the administrative and financial activities within UK, Irish and Spanish offices.

The _**main responsibilities **_of this role are:

- Create and update clients details and contacts.
- Draft contracts/client proposals using templates.
- Basic bookkeeping duties to keep track of incoming and outgoing payments.
- Supporting senior staff with the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and forecasts.
- Support with submitting timesheets and expense.
- Monitor staff hours and expenses.
- Data management in internal CRM tools.
- Follow-up on contracts and other official documents.
- Assist with preparation of invoices, checking for anomalies and follow-up of collection.
- Creating and reporting of financial data.
- Support of banking activities and preparing monthly BACS payments.
- Preparing payments for employees.
- Support of human resources activities.
- Communication and administrative activities across UK, Irish and Spanish offices.
- Data entry, including scanning and inputting invoice details.
- Any other relevant ad-hoc duties in support of finance team.
- **The Person**:_

You will be self-motivated, professional, and enthusiastic, with the energy to help drive the business forward as part of growing team. This role will require attention to detail and will require a tenacity to ensure things are progressed and completed. You should be detail-oriented whilst being able to keep an eye on the bigger picture. You will need to be self-motivated as well able to motivate colleagues.

You will ideally be able to demonstrate:

- Experience (3 - 10 years) in a similar support role (finance assistant, executive assistant, management assistant, personal assistant, team assistant, office manager)
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience of digital accounting packages (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Communicative and proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality
- Strong self-starter, and completer/finisher.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Track record of working to deadlines and performing under pressure.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to resolve customer issues within a consulting services environment.
- Experience in a professional services firm is a differentiator
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally across Europe as and when required.
- Full driving license.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

- Drive and ability to work effectively under pressure towards deadlines;

- **The Benefits**_:
As a business, we are remote-first, however this role will be based primarily in our Iconiq HQ in Market Harborough. The role will require regularly travel into and working from Iconiq HQ. There will be occasional travel to the other offices (Spain and Ireland) and other travel to national and internationally to project meetings. The role comes with a competitive salary package.
