Warehouse Operative

Alandas is a family run business and have a number of food businesses based in East Lothian and Edinburgh.

We have a full time position available for a warehouse operative/manager

Must have hands on experience and be able to do heavy lifting.

Must have own car and valid UK drivers license.

The job role will include but is not limited to:

- Managing our mini warehouse and managing a small team of delivery drivers.
- Updating and monitoring excel spreadsheets/sortly app that involve stock control of each location.
- Making sure we have correct amounts of stock ordered/delivered from multiple suppliers to our warehouse including Costco/booker runs.
- Delivering stock to our multiple shops/businesses
- Keeping stock in our mini warehouse replenished
- Unloading deliveries
- Bring something to the table within the company as we grow such as new things we could implement that would benefit the company in the long run.
- Creating weekly rotas for your small team of drivers.

Weekend/school holiday availability is a must.

The job will be generally East Lothian based but we also have shops in Edinburgh so stock replenishment to that location is included within this position.

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
