EFM are recruiting for full time permanent **Operations Centre Supervisor** to join our Team in Sharston, Manchester M22 4TE.

**The Operations Supervisor will have the following tasks**
- Record, process and accurately deal with jobs that are received from customers using our bespoke web-based platform.
- You will need to understand, priorities and identify services which are classed as warranty, damage, and or recharge. (Full training will be provided).
- Allocate and deploy resources and suppliers to pre-booked and live tasks in-line.
- Liaise with workshops (internal and external) to book work with them.

The appointed **Operations Center Supervisor** will be working 1pm - 12am on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern opposite the other **Operations Center Supervisor**. The position offers an attractive and competitive salary with 20 days holiday per year. There is a requirement to work Bank Holidays, if they fall on your shift pattern, but these are paid at double time.

**Skills required for an Operations Center Supervisor**

As an **Operations Centre Supervisor**, your role is integral, responding to calls from our customers who could have broken down at the roadside, they may have a none urgent defect to report or have a general enquiry. It’s down to our Operations teams to quickly and effectively deal with the call and deploy the resources to meet our customer needs.
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Are you customer-service orientated, with a positive professional manner
- The ability to assess data quickly and accurately process
- Excellent communication is essential
- Good IT skills
- You love working as part of a team
- Have an attention to detail

Ideally you will have previous experience working within a fast-paced contact centre, but if you have no experience training is available. If you have the skills to be empathetic and wish for a career with a difference
