Job Summary:
As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Charity's fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with donors and executing various fundraising strategies to help us meet our financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with donors to secure financial contributions
- Track fundraising progress
- Implement fundraising campaigns and events to engage the community and attract new donors
- Conduct market research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Collaborate with the trustees and management team
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders to ensure positive donor experiences

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fundraising
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and retain donors
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
