**Aftercare Operative - Multi-Skilled Carpenter/All-Rounder**

Resourcing Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Developers within the South West. Resourcing Group are looking for an Aftercare Operative to join their team and provide top-notch maintenance services to their valued customers who have recently purchased new build properties.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Aftercare Operative, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs in newly purchased new build homes. Your main tasks will include:

- ** Carpentry Repairs**: Utilise your carpentry skills to perform door repairs and replacements, fix any wooden fixtures, and address settlement issues in an accurate and timely manner.
- ** Customer Aftercare**: Communicate professionally with customers, understand their concerns, and ensure their issues are resolved to the highest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- ** Carpentry Bias**: Demonstrated expertise and experience in carpentry with the ability to handle a wide range of carpentry-related tasks.
- ** Multi-Trade Experience**: Proficiency in various trades, including but not limited to plumbing, painting, plastering, and general repairs.
- ** Customer-Centric**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- ** Problem-Solving**: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.
- ** Time Management**: Efficient in managing tasks and adhering to schedules to meet project deadlines.
